MySpiral

A 4-week inward journey

I could describe my life in a way that sounds impressive.

Startups. Countries. Languages. Building things.

That's not what it felt like.

What it felt like was running — driven by fear and deep uncertainty — becoming very skilled at reading others, supporting others, building others.

While remaining hollow inside. Dislocated from myself.

Not broken. Just... never home.

MySpiral is what I built
when I finally stopped running.

Applied to the only place where all meaningful change actually begins.
You.

What it is

+

A four week group journey. Small by design — four to six people.

Built around the same maps you've been watching.

Each week we meet for three hours. You bring your honest attention. I bring structure, presence, and a decade of lived experience with this work.

Between sessions is where the real movement happens — noticing your patterns, catching your autopilot, practicing the inward gaze in the middle of your actual life.

We also meet individually — minimum twice, for as long as you need.

What it asks of you

+

Not performance. Not having it figured out.

Just honest showing up. To yourself first. To the group second.

The people who get the most from this are the ones willing to be wrong about themselves — and to face what's underneath.

What this is built on

+

These maps didn't come from research.

They came from living — through failure, through fear, through years of trying to understand what moves human beings, and how to navigate being one myself.

Thousands of hours of listening, reading, thinking, mapping. Countless iterations — maps built and rebuilt, patterns recognized and refined, structures synthesized and tested. In business. In workshops, coaching sessions, and circles.

Showing the maps to others — and facing the moment when they didn't see what I saw. I learned early that this always comes back to me: either I'm not communicating it clearly enough, or what I think I see isn't as solid as I believe. Both mean the same thing — go back. Look again. Rebuild.

That loop, repeated over years, is what these maps are made of.

They're not finished. They never will be. Each cohort refines them.

Which means by joining now, you're not just working on yourself — you're helping build something that will serve everyone who comes after you.

This cohort

+

Four to six people. Four group sessions of three hours each.

Minimum two individual sessions — more if you need them.

Two group evaluation sessions — where we reflect on what worked, what didn't, and what the next cohort needs.

Is this for you?

+

If you've been watching the videos and something keeps pulling at you.

If you recognize yourself in the maps but aren't sure what to do with that recognition.

If you're done with surface-level self-help and ready for something that asks more — and gives more back.

Then yes. Probably.

Session One

A free session to start. We sit with what your map is showing you — together. What does it mean? What wants to move?

The session ends with an open invitation to continue — three weekly meetings to practice how to move. That part is paid.
