Do you believe your life
could be better?
"I am anxious and worry"
"I don't have enough time"
"I'm stuck in repeating cycles"
"I'm grinding but going nowhere"
"I don't know what I need"
I spent most of my life
trapped in those patterns.
I know it because I mapped it.
I thought I was broken.
But learned I wasn't seeing clearly — I was misaligned with myself, and my environment.
I am the only person
I will never stop living with.
Yet I spent most of my life knowing surprisingly little about what was actually happening inside me.
Choose what feels most true:
I'm just a human like you.
Like you, I'm exploring what it means to be alive.
I spent a decade mapping systems for organizations. I was good at seeing what was broken in others.
But I couldn't see my own.
I was running on autopilot — my family's traumas, my culture's definitions of success. I spent energy on what looked good from outside, not what felt right within. I performed to fit in because I didn't feel safe enough to follow myself.
I worked hard. I achieved. I felt empty.
Around 2023, I hit a wall. I couldn't keep performing.
What I discovered: Understanding alone doesn't reprogram your system. Your body has to experience that change is safe.
I went to coaching school. Meditation school. But what actually changed was this: I turned my observational skills inward. I started mapping myself the way I'd mapped organizations.
My wife and I deepened our practice together through constant honest communication. Through failing, adjusting, trying again.
I'm still in it. Still facing the protective mechanisms my nervous system fires when it senses risk. Still learning to stay present instead of shutting down.
But I'm awake to it now.
And I've learned something essential: When two people who are both awake meet — something real becomes possible that can't happen alone.
You can't think your way out of a wound. But you can be witnessed in it. You can have someone stay present while you learn to choose differently. That changes everything.
This is what I do.
I help you understand your own operating system. Not to transcend it. But to align it. So your automation becomes a partner instead of a prison.
I do this because I believe real change is possible — not because I've transcended it, but because I'm in the middle of it too, awake.
You increase your agency.
→ From autopilot to choice.
→ From reaction to intention.
→ From performing to being real.
→ From scattered to aligned.
Not because I hand you the answer. But because you finally see what's actually running the show.
I know this because I've lived it. A few years ago, when my deepest wounds triggered, I had no idea what was happening. I'd be stuck for days, sometimes a week. Yesterday, that same wound activated. I didn't see it coming. But I understood what it was about, where it came from, and what the antidote is — because I've met it so many times and stayed with it. That's what got me out of it in two hours.
That's the difference: understanding your pattern changes everything. When you know what triggers you, what happens in you, and how to move through it — you have real choice.
Here's how we actually start.
The first contact
You email me. You tell me where you are and how I can help.
I respond within days, sometimes hours. You get my actual time and presence, not an automated response.
We schedule a call.
The first call
We meet. We explore what it's like to be in interaction with each other. We experience how our energies meet.
This isn't about me giving you a plan. It's about discovering if we want to move forward together. And if we do: what's the next step between us.
What happens next depends on what you need.
But here's what changes: you're no longer working alone.
What a session actually looks like
You log on. We say hello. We check in — how you're actually feeling, where your energy is, what's alive in you right now.
Then you choose how to land.
We can do a very short grounding — just closing our eyes, breathing, feeling your body in your seat. Something to arrive.
Or we can dive straight into what's on your mind.
You tell me where you are. What you're struggling with. What you see ahead. What you want to explore.
I listen. Really listen.
Then I mirror back to you what I hear. You hear yourself through my reflection.
That act — hearing yourself clearly — changes what you can perceive about yourself.
Suddenly the pattern is visible. The choice becomes real.
That's the session.
"Each session felt like pressing pause on the noise of everyday life. I gained insights that helped me better understand my emotions and reactions, and more importantly, I was able to implement concrete actions that led to real results."

Ongoing 1:1 work
We work together consistently. You bring what you're noticing about yourself. We reflect on it together.
Between sessions, we use this tool I built. It helps you externalize what you're noticing so when we meet, we're not starting from scratch.
You take small steps, observe what happens, bring it back. Over time, the changes compound. And faster, because you're not hoping you're moving in the right direction — you can see it.
What you're actually paying for
Not my advice. Not a solution I hand you.
A place where you can be seen by me. Where you can be accepted exactly as you are.
My presence, my attention, my willingness to stay with you in the not-knowing.
My skill at making sense of what's happening and helping you see it clearly.
A partner who walks it alongside you, not ahead of you.
Through being seen and accepted by me — and through seeing yourself clearly with real tools — you learn to see and accept yourself. And you can begin to love yourself.
And crucially: you get to experience what real change actually looks like. Not through content about change. But through actual contact with someone who isn't pretending to have transcended this. Someone who's in the middle of it too. Still facing it. Still learning.
"From the start, what stood out was Aleksander's integrity and humility."

The timeline
Real, meaningful change takes time.
Whether you see shifts in months or years depends entirely on whether you believe in what we're doing — but that doesn't mean you won't notice a difference immediately. If you don't recognize the value, if you don't believe this path is worth walking, then we won't continue. And that's okay.
But if you do believe, if you stay with it, if you keep observing and reflecting — you will change. Not dramatically, but deeply.
The cost
My time and presence has real value. It took me 39 years to believe it.
I charge because I believe in the work and I need to protect my focus.
The exact rate we discuss when we talk.
But the entry point is free. Our first conversation costs nothing. We both invest our time and focus to see if this wants to happen.
Other ways we can work together
Group programs, workshops, speaking engagements. Reach out and tell me about your situation.
What's next
If you feel the pull, contact me. Tell me where you are in life and how I can help.
Lets explore what happens.
